Natalie put together a lovely hotel room balloon display as a surprise for my partner's 40th birthday. She was easy to contact, returned my messages promptly, explained what options were available and helped me… choose which colours to go for. As I only have a small hatchback car, Natalie delivered the balloons to the hotel and set them up in our room prior to our arrival. My partner loved the balloons and was very pleasantly surprised. Our baby daughter had lots of fun playing with them too. I would definitely recommend The Balloon Room and will 100% be a returning customer!

I ordered three balloons for my wedding very last minute. The service I received was wonderful and the balloons were perfect. We’re waiting for pictures to come through and so will add these on but in the meantime wanted to leave a review that we would highly recommend The Balloon Room!
