Excellent customer service, they were very friendly and swift in responding to my queries. Very transparent with their prices which was fair. They even let me collect and drop off the furniture a day before and after, which really helped me. Friendly staff too. Will be using these guys again.

We used Red Occassions for the 2nd time to help create a virtual awards event live streamed to colleagues. Ollie was great to have a chat with beforehand to work out what we would need to deliver 'the vision' for the event. On the day Graham and Dan were superb setting up and running AV for us. All went to plan and a great event. Highly recommend using the team
