I would never use this company again. Had my daughters birthday party today and two hours before the party was due to start I had a call to say that they would not be bringing me the castle I had ordered a month ago because they didn't realise where I was although I had given them my address on the online booking form. If it wasn't for a very… helpful bouncy castle hire company in Bedford I would if had a very disappointed birthday girl. How can you run a company like that by letting customers only two hours before your party is due to start I am absolutely disgusted in their service.

Hired a candy floss and popcorn machine with card for a prom - students loved it! Simon was great at showing how everything worked and flexible with picking things up and dropping off at the venue! Nice!

If making a review please put your booking reference down so we can ensure you are genuine customers as it is clear some of you are not and are trying to damage our companies reputation, thanks admin

This company cancelled on us the evening before my daughters party, the gentleman was very rude on the phone and hung up on me when I demanded an explanation. If you don't want 30 very disappointed children with no bouncy castle please avoid using this company. Very poor service indeed.
