Absolutely shocking customer service from staff and manager. Received items that were incorrectly advertised, told by staff that once inflated would be the size, this is not the case after looking on the manufacturers website. Would definitely not be using again nor recommending them.

We have been using GOin since February and they have always been amazing with our orders for stock. Always quick and reliable and the team always ring us to let us know if anything isn’t in stock and they’ll change for similar items. Also after our regular helium providers being closed I contacted George and he’s arranged it all ready to collect straight away!
