Our shop is situated in a Grade II listed building a few feet from the main Market Square in Saffron Walden. Our shop windows display a wide variety of fresh cuts of meat in chilled counters to give you inspiration and choice. Our butchers are highly skilled and have been in the industry for many years, they are always happy to offer advice and share their expert knowledge with customers.

Our headquarters is a 4000 square foot factory, housing modern technology and equipment, is situated in Saffron Walden, Essex. Almost daily visits to Smithfield Meat Market in London means that we are able to constantly offer the freshest produce. Our customer base of nearly 300 includes award winning restaurants, hotels, other fine restaurants and pubs, conference and sporting venues and colleges and schools.
