I've been with birchwood medicalpractice for over 20 years and i cannot find any faults with the drs they are all friendly and very helpful and very understanding as well as all the other staff

Ringing to make an appointment for my 5 year old daughter , and said it was to so with her ear , for them the then say , is it an ear infection , to.my reply i teally dont know thats why i need this appointment, for her to then book me in and then put the phone down on me ! .......so rude .........sorry i could not answer that question as wouldnt know , hints why im shes seeing the doctor for them to tell me whats wrong ,
