We were in the middle of a complex chain and purchasing from Langfords client. Despite not being Langords client, we found Oliver and Eddie to be very helpful to us. They were responsive, organised and helpful in facilitating our purchase, including proactively following up on our own sale as well as the sale lower down in the chain. We recently sold our flat through Langford Russell, supported by both Eddie and Oliver. Advice to prepare the flat prior was spot-on, the photos/description were great, they got far more people through the door than expected and secured multiple offers ahead of our own expectations. They continued to support the sale through conveyancing, prevented wobbles and ultimately got the flat sold at the initially agreed price in a relatively quick time frame. Couldn't ask for more from an agent and would definitely use the team again in the future if necessary.

Eddie's professionalism from the initial valuation through to completion was outstanding. We were kept informed of events at every stage throughout the process of selling and hand-held where required.
Eddie drove the whole chain to ensure that we exchanged and completed in time to make the cut-off for the stamp duty holiday, and it was obvious the amount of work and time that he put in to ensure that this happened. In summary, if you are thinking of moving in Beckenham and the surrounding areas USE EDDIE!
