Very helpful team at the Addiscombe Branch I was also informed about the ARO (advanced rent option) a whole years rent up front this would help me so much at the moment especially with Covid ruining everything the past year! Oh the things I could do with a lump sum of money. may have to seriously consider this option thanks guys for all your advice and help! Much appreciated. QP
