Getting an appropriate car via my insurance seemed like an impossible task. After dealing with 2 other hire companies who didnt seem to understand my basics requirement, SHS have been able to supple a suitable car. SHS are easy to get hold of, and inform you throughout the process. Their delivery driver who I have seen twice now is an asset to their company. This particular driver was not only friendly very friendly, but he spoke very highly of the company and the way they treat their staff. Thank you

Had very bad experience with this company. I was supposed to pick up the car at 11am , when I got there car was not ready and had a faulty wheel. I had to take it to garage by myself. No refund was made or even an apology from them. NOT RECOMMENDED.

It has been a pleasure getting to know everyone at SHS. Everyone is always on the ball and knows exactly what is needed. They have become a great partner of ours and we hope it is a long lasting relationship! Reasonable prices, great service and always friendly! Highly recommend

I have been renting Mercedes since may I have been paying 271 a week, this company is terrible they are rude and don't maintain the car on time, one day my wife was in hospital in critical condition and I was suppose to take the car to garage for maintenance checks the next, I emailed the company letting them know that I am in all night and haven't had any sleep so I can't come in to the garage, I have kindly requested the appointment to be rescheduled, instead I receive an email with no sympathy, asking me to bring the car in, I emailed back and said I can't it is not safe for me to drive, the

To all Pco drivers if you get a better deal elsewhere go there, Francis fleet manager will rob you of every penny in your pocket. He is a big time liar and will make up stuff. Check tyres, service, mot and pco when taking the car otherwise this guy will Waste your time, petrol and money without appreciating you taking the car to them instead he thinks he is doing you a favour. Be aware of hidden charges and go elsewhere less headache. Do not use them you will have problem with them.
