We checked in to room 17 radiator broken no heating very dusty room meal was lovely staff were brilliant good price for drinks thats the second time we have stayed but this time very disapointed in the room ,, room needs a bit of TLC

Room was thick with dust, radiator didn't work, constantly cold, paint peeling off the walls. Hotel side of the business needs a serious scrub! Everything else was fine. Wouldn't rush back in a hurry though

No aircon even thought website said there was. Had to climb 3 sets of stairs and go through lots of doors. However, room was really clean and comfy. Shower room smelt of stale smoke a bit

My partner and I went for a meal. I ordered the tempura vegetables for starters. Oh my word! They were delicious! Why have I never eaten tempura vegetables before? I may just go back one day and order two helpings and have it as a main course!! For my main I had the sizzling chicken platter. It too was delicious. The portion size was huge! So much so that I asked for the rest in a take home box, which they seemed a little surprised at. Has no one ever asked before I wonder? And then dessert. There's always room for dessert. I had the chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce and ice cream. Yummy
