It's midnight. We're up on the fifth floor. There is a party on the first floor. The room is pounding from the music. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice location, the room was clean enough (not stellar, but not so much I had issues), the view of the bridge is lovely, and the staff have been lovely too. But the fact that they know this music is too loud, have said they will do something about it, and have not is actually unacceptable.

Great location right beside the peace Bridge and 5 mins into the shops @ bars the hotel staff were very friendly we ate in the hotel both nights and the food was really good great menu the only thing I thought the rooms were a bit tried looking but the bar @ restaurant were very comfortable

Good location.Walking distance to Bars restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable rooms however the long wait for food in restaurant especially when it wasn't overly busy was unacceptable.Must give Gerry a mention who handled our luggage and gave great advice on where to shop and best tour operators.

The good is - its location. The poor - rooms need updated and definitely not 4* worthy. The breakfast was very poor bacon looked and tasted as if it been cooked the morning before. We asked for a bar snack 7.45pm only to be told there was no food left only then an hour later food was being served
