Original room booked was too small and the team at reception couldn't have been more helpful. They were fantastic. We were moved to a beautiful suite with a view of the pool and we were delighted. We are returning guests and love the location so much as well as the hotel. Staff attentive and very keen to please the guests. A perfect location for a break before Christmas.

We stopped for 2 nights 06/12 and was left impressed with every aspect of our stay. Location - 30 second walk into the quaint market town square with plenty of retail stores, pubs and independent shops. Service - Staff are friendly, helpful and cannot do enough to make you feel comfortable.
Spa - Very nice. Aromatherapy room wasn't very aromatic but there was plenty of other rooms to use. The relaxation area was very peaceful. The pool looked very inviting.
Rooms - We had room 25 and it was perfect for my wife & pet dog. The rooms were cleaned to an impeccable standard.

Great place for sharing time with others as you have to book the pool and other activities for your group no one else allowed into pool in your alloted time. Breakfast eggs need improving, poached egg hard.

Had a great stay at the feversham Arms. Food and staff were excellent. Very chilled out atmosphere, very quiet. The beds were really comfortable and loved the pool. Will definitely stay here again

Excellent. Staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Food on the restaurant was first class. The room had a great view of the Church and was very comfortable. Saving hard so we can go again.
