This hotel is the worst place you could possibly stay! They almost ruined our wedding. We had a studio apartment with stairs that were a serious health and safety concern. The shower head was filled with limescale, which made it impossible to have a shower. At 1.30 am we were rudely awoken by a large group of men hanging around outside our door shouting and throwing things around. I called reception, they spoke to the group of men and then left, leaving the noise to continue. Not to mention that we were placed next to a store room. When we spoke to receptionist and insisted on leaving, they refused

We visited for a light family lunch and the service and food was exceptional.
Olivia was patient, friendly, professional and accommodating to a fault. We were very well looked after. The chicken grilled dumplings (Gyoza) and pumpkin croquette tapas were delicious and the kitchen were able to accommodate a food allergy. A very pleasant afternoon in a comfortable and colourful restaurant.

Booked this pretty last minute as a base for a concert and day out the next day. Didnt expect it to have a really decent Japanese restaurant attached to it. Food was very reasonably priced and loads of food served. Proper nice and recommended in its own right. The staff explained theyd used the facilities to house homeless during the pandemic and this was their first night back open to the public, and while theyd done a spruce up and inspection of the rooms just to give them a shout if anything was remiss. It wasnt it was all fine. The rooms have a basic sudo-industrial vibe thats

Very nice people come and work here, and the food is so incredible tasty! Rooms are perfect and neighborhood very unique for London. Plus next to subway so you are away from and right in the middle of it all at the same time!

Stayed one night in the hotel. We liked it, shabby chic furniture, quirky artwork. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bar was closed when we got back from our gig but that looked cool too.
3 mins from the underground. Our room at the back had some street noise but to be expected and didn't bother me.
Bustling area near by with cafe, bars etc. Handy for Ally Pally. Would stay here again.

This place used to be great, but I went in on Friday and it's turned into a proper restaurant which has taken way from the relaxed atmosphere. Everyone at the tables around us was saying the same thing, it was much better before. just let people come in for drinks, don't sit them down like they have come to a restaurant.
