We went out one sunday afternoon for a drive with my girlfriend and got lost and stumbled across the carpenters arms by chance and it was to our benefit as the choice of vegetarian meals was fabolous. This pub is a haven. Went for a mid week evening meal " off the cuff" type of visit. The bar/lounge areas were welcoming with open fires and locals filling
