Friendliest guest house ever! Just came back from a weekend in St Andrews staying in the Annandale Guest House. Fiona gave us by far the warmest welcome we've ever had and that warmth lasted throughout the weekend. We were in room 5 which was a family room and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the location is perfect.
