We are asking for all pre ordered medications to be paid be for in advance, we will let you know once they are ready and we can take payment over the phone or you can pay online via our website. Once you have arrived for an appointment, please let reception know you are here, and return to your car, the vets would like to call you on your mobile phone to discuss your pets issues.

We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
Insurance

We cannot offer any direct claims for any dental work as this is often not covered by insurance companies. Example: We have done an initial direct claim over 300 and there is more to claim at a later date for the same condition. We may need multiple claim forms so please ask for these from your insurance company if applicable.
Video Vet

We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.
