Amazing service from this vets today. We had to move puppy vaccinations around and they dealt with the complications of our situation so well, even phoning the vaccine company for us. The vet took time to give us advice and calm anxieties. Brilliant service and I'm so pleased we moved to this vet!

I made a phone call on Tuesday to Alton vets and receptionists said a vet would phone back the next day and today Thursday we still have not heard anything back I appreciate they are busy

Staff were lovely, we thought our dog had a tick. He didn't, the vet came out to the car park and checked him. Didn't charge us anything but thanked us for checking our dog.
