I simply cannot fault TLS in any shape or form. This was my first time as a landlord and they walked me though the process explaining everything that was required and made the whole process very easy and stress free. I would recommend them to everyone as the communication and friendless of the staff is second to none , but also their professionalism and willingness to help and sort out any issues is fanastic. Thanks for all your help

Letting agents are often not very popular with tenants or landlords and, as a landlord, Ive worked with quite a few. But Ive found Hayley and her team the exception to the norm and all my tenants agree too! Practical, helpful, polite, patient and professional, delivering a service that goes way over and above what you would expect. I would recommend The Total Letting Service to landlords and tenants alike. In my view, The Total Letting Service sets a great example of how to do things right.
