Yunus was fast, communicative and helpful. My boiler died the day before we were going on holiday. He came along and checked out what parts were needed on the same day, then arranged to meet us when we got back home (literally within about 6minutes of arriving back home). Repaired the boiler (dead pump and dodgy glass window viewport), even ran out to source a connector that wasn't included with the new pump, all within about an hour. Nice. Will be calling him for the boiler servicing for sure.

We had TY plumbing come and install a new boiler at our property as part of refurbishment and extension. Couldn't recommend them highly enough - the boiler was replaced, tidily plumbed in and commissioned over two days. They even re-balanced the radiators and replaced an iso-static valve free of charge to rectify an on-going issue with a cold room we couldn't use. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable - will definitely use them again.
