Came to this new salon and what a fabulous place to be The hairdresser was assigned to me was Chloe, all I can say is this is the first time I have come out of a salon completely happy, seriously this girl can create colour you think you want and you get, feel so happy and has brought me a little confidence that I'd lost in myself.

I've been going to Iconic for a couple of years now and its by far the best in the area. So professional, the girls really look after you and I always love what they do to my hair. Highly recommended!

I dont often post reviews but with service this terrible, I thought it warranted one. I booked an appointment for Christmas time (23/12/21) over 6 weeks in advance (9/11/21) only to have the appointment cancelled on my online booking 2 hours before my appointment. I didnt even receive a phone call to explain why, to apologise for this massive inconvenience or to offer to rearrange my appointment. I have never received such poor customer service.

It was my first visit in Iconic. I've been in there in Friday (24/09/21). Chantelle did my hair. She's absolutely professional. Amazing job and brilliant service. Colour is fantastic and I'm so happy. Definitely I'll be back! Highly recommended. Martin:)
