I needed a tidy up thanks to the pandemic, and I wanted to go somewhere I thought would be good. All of the staff were very friendly, and they were all wearing PPE. The price wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive either. For me, it was worth the peace of mind. I will more than happily return for general hair maintenance.

I booked an appointment for my daughter online after the reading the good reviews. She had to get 2 buses to get there for her appointment at 9.00am and was called at 8.50am to be told that her stylist's train had been cancelled and could she come in at 11.15am. As she is only 17 and this was her first time getting her hair cut on her own she agreed even though she was only 5 minutes away. I think it is very unprofessional to give someone 10 minutes notice to move an appointment and not even offer for another stylist to do it. Her stylist didn't even apologise personally. Very disappointed.

Me and my whole family have been going to JFJ for over 10 years now. Easiest 5 stars I've ever given. The best haircuts and the nicest environment - John is an absolute legend too.
