Amazing haircut and care for details, defenitely recommend for curly hair !
I went there to have a big chop and was a bit worried since I have curly hair, and also since I didn't know the proper terminology to describe what I wanted. But Stan took a great care to understand what I was picturing and gave really good advice. I was amazed by the final hair cut, which made my curls pop out so much! So I can only recommend :)

Ive been a client at this salon first time ever and despite that it takes me almost 2 hours each way to travel here, I have to say that I am seriously considering to become a regular due to the very high professionalism, and excellent care.
I entered with below shoulders brown hair and I left with exactly the same hair colour and style that I desired, which included asymmetric cut and balayage.
The salon is small and the stylists are super friendly. They were really understanding when we had to take a break as my 6 weeks old son was a bit cranky and I had to feed him, or change him.
If you are local, dont hesitate to become a regular client as I am sure you will be very satisfied.

Ever since my first appointment with Stan for a simple blowdry, I have never looked back. I now do everything with him at Your Hairdresser - my cuts, lowlights, blowdries, greys, hair masks - because he is the best. It's as simple as that. And I am very particular about my hair so this is no mean feat. My hair is my crown and since Stan has been looking after it, it has become the most beautiful crown I've ever worn. It's a special experience having your hair cut here...reminds me of the way things used to be done. Genuine care, intuitive attention. Stan wants you to feel comfortable and looked after - good on the inside as WELL as on the outside. And when you walk out, that's exactly how you do feel. Nothing's hurried, there's none of the overheated hustle/clamour you get in other salons where they're packing them in and pushing them through. It's private and quiet. For one magic hour, it really does feel like YOUR hairdresser and yours alone.

I'm so picky when it comes to my hair and I would only trust a few hairdressers. Stan did an amazing job with my hair and literally brought them back to life. My balayage looked so natural, and the blowdry was stunning - lasted for a full week... I'm delighted. Also Stan is super professional and creates a very clean and relaxing environment, which means I can relax while getting my hair done. I would recommend Stan to all of my friends! Looking forward to get my hair done again this summer :)

Stan was amazing as always! I'm scared of trying new salons and since I tried this l've become a loyal costumer. Didn't know what I want exactly as I messed up my hair with uneven cuts, I only told him to keep it as long as possible. Stan seem to have understood what I wanted. He fixed my hair whilst making sure it's not too short. Im very happy with his service. I had balayage done by him 2 years ago and people have been asking where I had it done as they liked it. Highly recommend him to others.

I went from very dark hair, through blond to bright pink all in one day.
I have been before to here to get my hair cut and it also came out beautifully. This place is fantastic and I would really reccomend going if you considering getting your hair done at a new place. The aesthetics inside are lovely and the salonist really knows his stuff and I would trust him with any of my styling requirements.
I am now about a week on and the colour has held well and hair is still shiny.

I had the best experience at Your Hairdresser with Stan. He was extremely accommodating, even though I wasn't sure which treatment I needed. He went out of his way to ensure I had the best result and I could not have been happier. He is very talented and I would recommend him to everyone. The salon is super clean, feels relaxing and great coffee! Will definitely be back.

This small hairdresser is relatively new in Putney. It is SO tiny that you could miss out. It is white inside and looks empty, so you might not be able to imagine how good his cut is, but he is.
It does not have a website so better to call or visit first, but Stan will take time to explain what he will do and price. To me it is wonderful result for my haircut and colour. Love to visit again.
It is on Lower Richmond Street (I may call the street Putney's another highstreet), next to a corner shop and in front of Festing Road busstop.

I had such a brilliant experience with Your Hairdresser. I had badly bleached my hair and it began to go yellow/green in places. I called and was seen very quickly. My hair has been recoloured and it looks so much better! I would recommend this hairdressers to anyone. Very friendly and professional!

I went there for a haircut and Stan very nicely suggested a few opitions. The haircut truned out fantastic. I am loving my new style. Stan was amazing, very professional and dedicated. He also gave me some styling tips.
The place as a whole was very clean and tidy. The service is reasonably priced as well. I definitely would recommend this place and would be going there again myself.

This is the best salon experience I have had in years. Stan is amazing he cut my two year old sons hair (not the easiest customer) and my own on two separate occasions. He listens to everything you ask for and is kind friendly and patient. Both cuts were excellent! He is a talented hairdresser and the salon was absolutely spotless, very well run operation all round would highly recommend.

Me and my wife have used Stan for years and when he moved to open his own place 'Your Hairdresser', we of course followed and we are by no means local. This guy is amazing and passionate about his work. It really shows. The place is fresh, clean, warm and welcoming. If you change and start using 'Your Hairdresser', you wont change again!

Firstly I usually go to rush or headmasters in putney but I have to say even though they are good ...'your hairdresser, is better than good!!
The owner is polite focused and able to cut and colour your hair how you want it :)
The prices are very fair and you feel very well looked after..even when there are other clients...he doesn't forget you are there!!
I think this hair salon will be my next permanent go to place.

I have tried most barber shops in the area, generally finding it quite difficult to find someone who will put in the time and attention to detail for a simple gent's cut. No such concerns in this place. I have been here twice and both times I have been extremely happy with the result.
The downside of giving a great review is that others became of aware of this gem of a salon which might make it more difficult to be seen here or push the price up - but either way, he deserves it, and I would still be going back.

I came without a big expectations just to correct the bad & unsuitable for my hair cut and
to find the best solution for covering early gray's which annoyed me.
Well, my pack of hair is a real nightmare for any professional but Stan had managed them brilliantly. I'm very pleased with the haircut and absolutely delighted with perfectly done highlights, exactly as I wanted.

Last minute rush to get a cut - so, grateful to find this amazing place . Its new and definitely worth checking out. Im delighted with my haircut, the consultation about whats best for my hair and what would suit me. Plus the coffee and price are excellent . I will go back and definitely recommend it. I found it on Treatwell- so got a really good deal.
