Narad, and everyone that my wife and I have dealt with, has been extremely professional and has handled the renting of our property above and beyond expectations. Narad was very efficient at guiding us through the entire renting process and the results were fantastic. Our property was well marketed and rented within a good time period. Now I have experienced some really bad estate agents, but this estate agents has to be the absolute worst! The staff are condescending, arrogant and extremely unprofessional! Ignoring emails and work that needs done on the property, but call you up when the rent isn't in on time. Just goes to show that all they care about is money and not the residents nor their 'living' conditions! I asked to one member of staff (Ricky) if they would live there, when I was complaining about a horrid smell and fruit flies in the bathroom from where the toilet had been leaking, and their response was and I quote
