Placed an offer to purchase a property and it has been over two weeks and still haven't had a response with either yes or no the estate agent! Despite calling them and request feedback on my offer still nothing. No wonder why it take so long to sell a property, I can't imagine what they tell the vendors! Very poor communication or non-existing. Just to set the record straight, you never come back to me to confirm whether my offer has been rejected or accepted, and by the way all rejection should be done in writing.

Its been a long time coming but with David Doyle who we are buying from have been fantastic. Since we have been on the chain for one reason or another its been frustrating but Magdelena Lora has walked every step with us to the end which will be in a couple of days . Highly recommend the company, highly recommend the staff and if Magdelena is looking after you its a walk in the park.
