This is a waste of time company. Very slow in replying. Bad customer service. Delay after a delay! Not reliable at all! I can only imagine how quickly they will reply in case of any claims.

Ive been with BASIL FRY & Company since the start of the business in 2014 and Mark Davies who is my account manager has always been extremely helpful with organising documentation or required covers , instructing what could be the best option and always finds the best and competitive prices. In additional Mark and his team have always been giving me the best assistance on a daily basis and advice on the business requirements alternatively, if there were not in position to give the instruction they advised me who is the best person / team to speak to in order

Tuff Times for all industries at the moment and none more so than the home moving industry as always !
