Craniosacral Therapy

My journey into complementary therapies began after receiving craniosacral therapy for neck issues. I had tried other treatments, which would alleviate, but never seemed to get to the cause. After a few sessions of Craniosacral therapy I regained movement and was free of pain. I was inspired to attend the esteemed Craniosacral Therapy Education Trust in London for two years to train as a Craniosacral Therapist.

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy which will support mood improvement, reduce tension, aid sleep and give an improved sense of well being. I offer many types of Reflexology and have recently introduced Mindful Reflexology to support stress, anxiety and depression.

Traditional relaxing massage to soothe tense muscles and to provide relaxation. Finest quality massage balms are selected. Massage is tailored to your individual needs, with your choice of pressure. A professional Tappymed massager is used to work deeply and gently into the muscle fibres. Ear candles are relaxing and can alleviate pressure and blockages in the ear canals and head.
