My back ended up going completely to the point I was struggling to even get off the sofa and walk. I was in so much pain. A friend recommended me to Liz and only after 3 sessions my back was back to normal. She made you feel very comfortable . Spoke about what she was doing. Very professional and I will be going to her all the time

I have had 8 Craniosacral Therapy sessions now for my little boy. I cant tell you how much he has changed. In March he didnt say anything, understand much and little interaction along with head banging (2yrs4mths) and now fast forward 6 months, hes a different child. The first session was very worrying for me as Isaac isnt good in clinical environments but Liz never judged but encouraged and knew how to work with him on his terms. Each session became easier and easier. Fast forward now 8 sessions and its fantastic. My LB feels comfortable in Lizs presence, he gives so much

I have been seeing liz for over 2 months and it's been the best thing I've done. My reflexology appointment is the one thing I look forward to every week. Liz has been helping with fertility but also for a frozen shoulder. The pain has reduced and the movement is improving. I have been advised I may need surgery to the shoulder but I am confident with Liz's help this will not be needed. Liz is very professional and the treatment room is clean, welcoming and comfortable.

I have been coming to Liz for several years now and have always found her so friendly and very helpful. I have tried several lovely treatments but more recently Cranial sacral therapy which I have found very beneficial to my needs and wellbeing. I saw Liz earlier this week having been experiencing back pain and stiffness for a couple of weeks. After a treatment of reflexology/cranio my back is now much more free and pain free. Liz truly has 'healing' hands.
