Had afternoon tea here with my partner. We were helped with directions getting down and with parking. They gave us an excellent service, the sandwiches and scones were a delight. The tea selection was great and full of flavour. I would recommend this place, a lovely location and decor.

Absolutely disgusting place in a fancy area. The receptionist egyptian ,who barely speak English and very rude, cannot even check properly a reservation online. The Italian chef and food he offer is absolutely nasty. don't recommended place at all.

Top notch, greeted by name as I walked in which was quite late 9pm. Great food and service, staff were excellent and the room was beautiful overlooking the Thames and reasonably priced. Will stay again in the future.

Location is amazing just right by the Thames River by Canary Wharf boat Uber stop.
Rooms are very nice and clean their services are good.
Swimming pool outside the hotel it does get very very busy as member of the public can use it too with paid membership.
