We are in the process of purchasing a property from bernards and we met Tom on the second viewing of our new home and he was very welcoming and friendly, he answered all the questions we had regarding the house and and the moving process and procedures as a whole. He has gone above and beyond for me and my partner as there have been a few hiccups along the way but he has helped us overcome these and been contacting us with regular updates which is massively appreciated. Also Tom has resolved an issue between us as the buyers and the vendor and we are more than happy with the solution to this,

Diamie from Bernards was extremely helpful and supportive throughout our move. I wish I could say the same about Andrews and Andrews the solicitors their recommended. Due to their poor service our move took far longer than they promised. I would happily recommend Bernards, but not Andrews and Andrews who were extremely unhelpful and rude to me throughout. I give Diamie five stars and Andrews and Andrews one star.

Bernards have been brilliant from valuing our property, marketing and selling right through to negotiating and sales progression. It was difficult and stressful time for us as we had issues with buyers and the house we were moving to due to pandemic and other factors out of Bernards control but they consistently got viewings for us during difficult times.
