Maxey's Farm Shop

The shop operates from within a modern, purpose built wooden building situated on our family farm in Kirklington, Nottinghamshire. We take great pride in our homegrown vegetables, from delicious seasonal asparagus, potatoes to brassicas and of course, our famous pumpkins! We really do focus on food steps rather than food miles!

Our delicatessen counter boasts the finest selection of over 70 cheeses! We support local producers of Stilton with Long Clawson, Cropwell Bishop and Colston Bassett all available. Lincolnshire Poacher heads up the cheddar section, with their smoked version being a popular alternative. We have Dambuster, Just Jane, Lincoln imp and Skegness Blue (a Maxey's favourite!) to mention but a few of our other locals.

You're in good hands with our butchery team. Originally chefs, our fully trained butchers can advise and help you cook any of our meats for the best results! Our beef, lamb and pork are all farmed within 10 miles of our shop. We have rare breeds, Dexter & Highland, available whenever possible, being grazed just a few fields away.
