Situated in the village of Rolleston On Dove on the outskirts of Burton on Trent, Ian Barker Butchers has been established for over 45 years. We provide top quality traceable meats from local farms using traditional butchery methods. All our animals are traditionally reared and slaughtered humanely and locally, ensuring the meat is as fresh as possible.

In addition all our bacon is home cured, cooked meats, sausages and burgers are freshly prepared by hand on the premises. Our aim is to provide our customers a personal, individual service with a top quality product.
