Specialty Coffee Roasters in Banbridge, County Down
Established in 2006, we pioneered specialty coffee roasting in Northern Ireland when dark roasts dominated the market. Our journey began with a 10kg roaster named Rosie, which laid the foundation for our commitment to light roasts, quality, and freshness. Over 18 years, we've evolved with modern Giesen equipment while maintaining our core values of ethical sourcing and sustainability. Our certified Q Grader, Jonny, ensures exceptional sensory evaluation of green coffee through direct trade relationships with global growers. We deliver freshly roasted specialty coffee in recyclable packaging, supporting cafes, restaurants, and hotels across Ireland. Our comprehensive service includes supplying commercial espresso machines from brands like Rancilio and La Marzocco, alongside SCA-certified barista training programs.

Our engineering team provides rapid response support for coffee machine breakdowns, ensuring uninterrupted service for our clients. Sustainability drives our operations, from eco-friendly manufacturing to carbon footprint reduction through Belfast-based shipping. With a dedicated team spanning years of experience, we combine technical expertise with personal service, delivering tailored solutions to meet individual client needs. Our reputation for excellence in both product quality and customer support continues to grow through in-person deliveries and hands-on training sessions.

Outstanding coffee, and a very helpful and friendly service - can't recommend Ristretto highly enough. I have bought coffee from them for several years now, and the quality is consistently superb. I particularly recommend their Kenyan/ Rwandan varietals, but I appreciate that is down to personal taste. Delivery has been prompt even during the current COVID lockdown.

We've been drinking Ristretto coffee since lockdown with the aim of supporting a NI business. I'm so glad we did, the coffee is truly exceptional and the prospect of a cup first thing in the morning gets me out of bed each morning!
Delivery's always quick and I like getting a hand-written note with each one. Great business and great coffee. What more could you want?

I have been drinking their coffee at home for a while now. It's a real treat in the v60, aeropress or cafetiere. Can't recommend it enough.
