We are an independent gym with no agenda other than to turn every human who comes to us into nimble, agile, strong, pain-free ninja-monkey! We want to take the brakes off your mind and body to allow you to experience life better than you ever imagined possible.

Our online clients have many reasons for not always being able to meet in person for sessions. When lockdown restrictions came into effect, we were ready and able to cater to an immediate upsurge in demand for virtual training sessions, both 121 and in groups. We have clients from as far afield as Canada logging in to train with our world class personal trainers.
Prices
Report
If you're able to use the gym between our quieter hours (6am-5pm Monday to Friday and 12pm-4:30pm on Saturday), you'll have full use of the facilities for our monthly off-peak rate. Peak membership offers you access to the gym 6am-9pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am-4:30pm on Saturday. We also offer a Pay As You Train membership, which suits those of you who have less regular time to get down to us.

Some of our classes might seem daunting at first but we cater to a range of fitness levels and our community is extremely supportive. You will be made to feel welcome regardless of your training background and fitness goals. Our clients come to us from across London and the UK, and we find the social aspects of the gym motivate members to push themselves hard to get the results they seek.

Our personal trainers show you the benefits of making fitness personal, and every movement the best it can be. Then we'll get to the root of your niggles, aches and pains before taking you any further. We want to take you on a strength and fitness journey that will challenge you and help you attain your goals, whether those are to be stronger, lose weight, or simply to improve your general, health, fitness and well-being.
