Bulks Gym is run by athletes, for athletes. We understand the blood, sweat and tears as we have been there before and we will be there for you, ensuring you stay on track and battle your way through- whether you are a Strongman, Bodybuilder, Powerlifter, a complete novice or someone just a little intrigued and wanting to try something new, your journey can begin at Bulks.

With a full Life Fitness Cardio suite, dumbells from 1-100kg and custom built, competition standard equipment, we really do cater for everybody.

Jay has been training and competing for 20 years and can assist with strongman and bodybuilding training, whether you are a complete novice or active competitor, Available for 1-1 training but look out for Strongman Sundays (9:30am) where Jay runs the event training sessions. 2010 under 80kg novice at UKBFF Kent Classics taking 1st place and invite to British Championships.
