Mother & Baby Classes
These interactive sessions develop infants' motor skills through guided play activities. Qualified coaches facilitate bonding experiences while introducing basic gymnastics concepts in a controlled environment. Sessions cater to children aged 8 months to 1 year, focusing on sensory development and early physical coordination.
Pre-School Gymnastics
Structured 'Swoddler' sessions for 2.5- to 5-year-olds combine games with fundamental gymnastics training. Our coaches use reward systems to encourage participation while developing balance, spatial awareness, and social skills through age-appropriate equipment and activities.
Recreational Training
After-school and weekend sessions teach apparatus skills to children of all abilities. Our progressive curriculum covers vault, bars, beam, and floor exercises, with qualified instructors providing individualised attention to build confidence and technical proficiency in a non-competitive setting.
Competitive Squads
Invitation-only squads prepare gymnasts for county to national-level competitions. Our structured programme includes minimum twice-weekly training, technical refinement, and competition strategy development. Coaches with judging experience provide performance assessments and progression pathways for committed athletes.
Adult Fitness Sessions
Monday evening classes combine gymnastics skill development with general fitness training. Participants use full-sized equipment under coach supervision to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination through tumbling, trampoline work, and apparatus exercises.

We offer classes for babies (8 months+), pre-school children, school-age recreational participants, competitive squads, and adult sessions.
Are classes available during school holidays?
Mother & Baby classes operate term-time only, but we offer occasional holiday sessions. Competitive squads train year-round with schedule adjustments for closures.
How do children join competitive squads?
Competitive squad invitations are based on ability assessments by our coaching team. We evaluate readiness through regular class performance and technical development.
What should participants wear?
Gymnasts should wear fitted sports clothing without zips or buckles. Hair must be secured, and all jewellery removed for safety during training sessions.
Do you offer trial sessions?
Trial opportunities vary by programme. Competitive squad assessments require prior contact, while recreational classes may allow introductory visits with instructor approval.
