We were very satisfied with the work performed on our car at the beginning of November (service and MOT). The work met our expectations as usual and we did take advantage of the first free use of the courtesy car. That enabled us to efficiently drop off and pick up our car as we live in Staines.

I stumbled across Lakeside Garage when I googled for Mazda Bongo specialists near me. Its a bit of a trek, 20 miles or so, so not the closest, but I am glad I opted for them. I have used them twice in a diagnostic capacity and have been impressed by their knowledge, accuracy, comprehensive inspection and general approach. The garage is very organised, clean and efficient (I asked to use the loo and even that bit.that customers never see .was the same!), which I think speaks volumes about their working practices and customer service/communication they want it to be right, even if you

Fantastic service - excellent value for money! Great customer service. After they run diagnostic tests on your car they send you a video that shows you exactly what your car needs and breaks down the cost - which is a really nice touch and step into the modern era! Highly recommended!
