Took my car in after an engine malfunction, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave a quote for the repairs. The repairs were completed in a day and at a good price. When collecting the car they even accommodated for my working hours and left the car somewhere I could collect it after hours.

Took my car in to check the starter motor as advised by my RAC technician. Bellfields ran 41 worth of various tests (battery, etc.), on my old matchbox car worth 150, without making this clear to me in advance. I dropped my car off at 7:30 as advised and had to call twice (14:00 and 17:00) to get status update as nobody got in touch with me even towards the end of their work day. I can't believe I just paid 40 for bellfields to have a look at my car and tell me it is likely, indeed, the starter motor and to keep an eye on it!? Extremely disappointed at what I was offered. Lack of communication

This was a postive experience. I had a breakdown close by. We just managed to get the car to the service garage. They checked car the next morning, made an estimation, and fixed it the same day.
