We arrived from the US with our five dogs in early November 2020. Extrordinair verified documents before we took off. When we landed they came on the bus, scanned the dog’s microchips and we were done. Quick… escorted trip to immigration for us human and we were on the road in less than thirty minutes. Amazing, friendly and efficient service.

When I decided to move my kitty from Texas to Scotland, I called these guys first, being the receiving end at EDI. They are onsite at the Turnhouse cargo complex. They were very professional and helpful. Since you use a shipper from the sending end, I have the move organized by Pets in Transit at ORD, who hired Extrordinair to handle immigration, customs and delivery to me in Scotland.
Figaro arrived exactly on time and very calm, clearly she had a lot of attention.
PS yes the spelling of the name is a wee bit odd
