Worked here for over 3 and half years and at the start I thought it was the best thing since slice bread. Had a great team for support and our manger was always praising us for our hard work and efforts as well as pushing us to go further. You felt like part of the NWH Family. Once I stepped into a more senior position it went down hill. Numerous… management changes to issues being ignored. Zero personal development as well as constant put downs. This company have seriously lost there way and for being a family business, they don’t seem to understand the meaning of the word &ldquo
