I was told when I ordered the mattress I could pick a delivery date - not with this company, they would only deliver on Wednesday which I couldn't manage. I asked if I could pick it up on my preferred date and was told I would have to phone back and specify a time. Phoned back to specify a time as requested, they didn't know why I was doing this. After an hours drive couldn't find the warehouse so phoned them again (Google maps at fault) and was given directions once in the industrial estate, unfortunately not being local I didn't know where the industrial estate was, they told me "outside Kirkcaldy

Absolute joke. Today two me. We’re supposed to deliver our Carpet Right bed. Initially we got a call just before the cut off point to say that our time of 12:58 - 15:58 delivery slot would be changed to 17:00 - 20:00. If explained we would be home from around seven as my husband and I had an appointment made around the expected delivery. It was agreed that 19:00 would be our delivery time for our new bed (much needed as we have guests). After that I was called 4-5 more timesto continually change the delivery time.
