I do not ever hesitate to contact Mark or his team. Every single employee he has whether it's Amelia, Sandy, Zoe Young, Nicky Sadler, Saffron Hunt, Evie Scullin, Ellen Cosbolt and Jessica Allen! Have been through the entire team it seems haha. They brilliant always ready for my queries and answer the phone st any point during the day. I am trying to be fair but I don't see anything positive really, apparently they are struggling with the business and trying to source the deficit from poor customers. I had an application which hadn't gone through due to some difficulties we had with the lender and Turney forced me to pay them in full. Such a shame really. I never recommend Turney to anyone. If you end up working with them, try to read through their T&Cs carefully. It is in their email as an attachment, but they don't refer to it anywhere in the email!
