We maintain rigorous safety standards with NLPQ-qualified lifeguards, accessibility features for all abilities, and Quest-accredited management practices. Our team of certified instructors delivers personalized support for fitness journeys, while our community partnerships with NHS and local councils enable targeted health initiatives like cancer rehabilitation and dementia-friendly programs.Through 40+ weekly fitness classes, swimming lessons for all ages, and inclusive sports programs, we serve over 10,000 local residents annually. With panoramic views over Brewery Fields and two purpose-built pools, we combine natural light with cutting-edge technology to create an optimal wellness environment. Fitness Suite
Our 2021-refurbished fitness suite features Technogym equipment including elliptical cross trainers, free weights, and strength training stations. Qualified instructors provide personalized guidance for all fitness levels. The accessible facility includes dedicated zones for cardio, resistance training, and functional workouts, with panoramic views over Bridport's Brewery Fields.
Swimming Pools
Two temperature-controlled pools include a 25m six-lane main pool and 12m teaching pool with floor-to-ceiling windows. Supervised by NLPQ-qualified lifeguards, we offer lane swimming, aqua classes, and specialized sessions for SEN users. The facility includes hoist access and family-friendly pool parties.
SkillX Training
The UK's first dedicated SkillX studio provides high-tech group training using Technogym's performance-oriented equipment. This three-dimensional training system develops strength, balance, and athletic performance through customizable workout profiles suitable for all fitness levels.
Swim School
Award-winning swimming instruction follows the Swim England National Plan, offering progressive lessons for children aged 0-16. Qualified instructors deliver structured programs in our teaching pool, with Rookie Lifeguard courses developing water safety skills for ages 8-15.
Stretch Studio
Dedicated space for controlled stretching routines to improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and enhance athletic performance. The studio supports warm-up/cool-down routines for gym users and offers guided sessions focusing on posture, mobility, and muscle recovery techniques.

We offer full access, multi-access, single access, and temporary memberships with flexible cancellation/freeze options. Concessions available for students, seniors, and low-income individuals.

Excellent Leisure Centre. The only place in Bridport to charge up an Electric Car, because it has two reliable Instavolt Rapid Chargers near the entrance. Head down South Street and turn right at the traffic lights outside Morrisons. The Leisure Centre is on the left, past the old mill and the football club.

Good leisure centre in Bridport with plenty of free parking. Good facilities, gym, squash and swimming pools.
