We have let our property through Holland and Broadbridge for over 10 years. Throughout, Fiona and the Lettings Team handled the management of the property with absolute professionalism. During the period the house was let continuously to numerous tenants. Rent was collected and credited on time the and all requests for support actioned promptly. Gary recently helped us through a tricky purchase and he was instrumental in getting it over the line in time for the stamp duty holiday. If Holland Broadbridge were a lager it would have to be Carlsberg! From start to finish Gary and his team showed true dedication in the sale of our property. Gary in particular was with us through the whole process even at the end of a phone on our many sleepless nights.
