I recently sold my property through Balfours Shrewsbury sales department and could not recommend them more highly. From start to finish, Charlie Giffard and Abigail Barker were amazing; they kept me up to date throughout the process, informing me of all interest and prospective viewings and relaying feedback on a timely basis. We finally sold our property after being on the market for two years. The sales process took 8 months from initial offer and proved to be a tortuous affair due to a number of reasons not least a difficult buyer. Our Balfours representative, Charlie Giffard, maintained a very professional approach throughout this time and helped tremendously to manage some rather difficult conversations and challenges. At all times he conducted himself in a confident and business like manner, keeping us well informed at all times. Although our property took a long time to sell we were pleased with our choice

Remember: Not all estate agents are equal. We are very pleased, and indeed relieved, to have chosen Balfours for our sale: a complex transaction involving residential and commercial elements, with the added pressure of completion before 30/06/21. From hitting market to accepting an offer (which incidentally was significantly higher than guide price) to completion took 9 weeks, in part due to some sage advice from Balfours' Charlie Giffard. A Herculean effort during an unprecedentedly busy time for the market.

We have just completed the purchase of a property and can honestly say the service from beginning to end was exceptional. We did experience a few issues along the way, but Charlie assisted with everything from chasing up solicitors to finding out additional information that was needed. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
