Contacted them several times about suitable rentals they had. No one got back to me. Over 1week have been waiting, know they are busy, however no response to enquiries is very bad customer service !.

Rich and Jo were incredibly helpful when we were looking to find a house to rent. We were moving from overseas and didn't have the typical documents that landlords generally want to see.
