Ingrowing Toenail Surgery
We offer two surgical solutions for ingrowing toenails: partial nail avulsion for permanent narrowing of the nail and total nail avulsion for complete removal. Both procedures use local anaesthetic with over 95% success rate. Post-operative care includes multiple follow-up appointments for dressing changes and healing monitoring.
Biomechanical Assessment
This assessment evaluates foot and lower limb function through structured observation of walking patterns. We analyse structural alignment and movement mechanics to diagnose biomechanical issues. Treatment recommendations may include orthotics, specific exercises, or combined therapies like shockwave treatment for musculoskeletal conditions.
Shockwave Therapy

Cannot fault Sian and Casey at all!!
Been in a lot of pain for a long time with a bad ingrown nail I got when I broke my foot. I'm incredibly self conscious and also terrified of doctors/hospitals etc... Both of them were nothing but welcoming and polite and I could not be happier with the treatment I received. Sian is extremely caring and made the entire experience comfortable which is not easy with someone like me! Next to no pain throughout the entire procedure. Would recommend strongly!

Would highly recommend. I've had a problem with my foot for over 2 years, after being fobbed off by the doctors I attend an appointment here...AMAZING!! My feet feel so much better and the problem I had with my foot is much much better Friendly and knowledgeable staff with a welcoming environement
