If you are someone returning to the UK and want to rent, do not use this company. They are using a credit check company that will only accept UK bank account records. They are not interested in proof of income, bank statements from other banks etc. They don't even say why. They will ask you to provide a guarantor or the full 12 months rent up-front. Knights also took a deposit before this insufficient credit check, so I lost my money. I will never use this company again, I will be purchasing my next home with another agent in the area. The whole experience was very stressful and bureaucratical

I cannot recommend Knights highly enough, from initially contacting them to getting tenants into our property the whole process was professional, smooth and quick. The whole team was incredibly attentive to the type of tenants we wanted. They took this fully on board and helped to secure lovely people who we couldnt be happier with. Their expertise in the industry comes across in abundance and is demonstrated by the high quality of their marketing of properties and the results they deliver in such a timely manner. The best decision I've made.
Honestly, I'm still surprised at how seamless the whole process was. Since handing the keys over to Ross, I've just sat back and received the (positive) updates. He took care of the security certificates, pricing, and ultimately - finding the perfect tenant. Within a week. Would 100% recommend and plan on using Ross/Knight's for future properties!

Highly recommend Knights who even with the obstacles that Covid introduced, they still managed to record a virtual tour of our property & then found a perfect tenant almost immediately. Ross and Phillipa have been thoroughly professional, extremely helpful and very honest though out the whole process.
Knights arranged for all the legalities and certifications for us since we are out of the country so all is sorted. The communication has been top notch. Highly recommended.
