This means whilst we can relax some of the rules, but it is also important that members and our team of staff still feel as safe as possible! Face Masks - these will no longer be mandatory, they will be optional, so members and staff can still wear one if they choose to do so. All our team of staff have been trained on these new procedures and their part to play in minimising the risk of transmission.

All employees would be issued with a 'Social Membership Card' giving use of the Bar & Restaurant at any time. Two, one to one sessions with an instructor to give any help and advice, and to provide a personalised exercise programme geared towards achieving an individual's goals.

Whilst we have a huge range of equipment to choose from (over 300 stations), we have sensitively designed the layout to offer you personal space, and an element of privacy. Those intimidated by the thought of a Gym, consistently comment on "how comfortable they feel here". All our instructors are highly experienced and qualified, and are on REPs - the Register of Exercise Professionals.
