Services
Counselling
Our counselling services provide confidential support for emotional challenges and life difficulties. Practitioners use person-centred approaches to help clients explore feelings and develop coping strategies. Sessions create safe spaces for honest discussion about personal issues affecting mental wellbeing.
Psychotherapy
Integrative psychotherapy addresses long-term emotional problems and mental health conditions. Therapists combine different modalities to help clients understand deep-rooted issues and develop healthier thought patterns. Treatment focuses on creating lasting positive change through self-exploration.
CBT Therapy
High-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy treats anxiety and depression through structured sessions. Practitioners help clients identify negative thought patterns and develop practical coping techniques. Evidence-based approach recommended by NHS and NICE guidelines for common mental health conditions.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy effectively processes traumatic memories and associated emotions. This NICE-approved treatment helps clients reprocess unprocessed memories causing ongoing distress. Particularly beneficial for PTSD and complex trauma recovery through bilateral stimulation techniques.
Couple Therapy
Specialist couple therapy addresses relationship difficulties and depression-related partnership issues. Therapists help partners improve communication and resolve conflicts. Focuses on strengthening relationships while addressing mental health challenges affecting both individuals and their dynamics.

Report
Councillors here spent two weeks doing their job then the next two weeks trying to fob you off onto somewhere else. If you want therapy and to get help, i'd recommend going literally anywhere but here. Staff aren't interested in you, they'll merely repeat a small handful of scripted lines at you and if they don't placate you they'll look to getting you out the door faster than you can realise.
Unprofessional and an absolute disaster.
