The service from the centre was really excellent from start to finish. From my initial call asking for a counsellor who could help me through to the course of counselling provided I felt understood and supported and cared for.

Having seen Jenny over a number of years for my own therapy, I frequently recommend her (and the Human Givens approach) to colleagues and clients. The therapy style is open, clear and honest - most importantly it helps me to feel better after each session with homework to solidify the work. Therapy isn't always easy, but Human Givens is well worth trying.
