I am a Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor (DVSA ADI) and have been an Instructor since 2008. I am a member of the DIA (Driving Instructors Association) and also a member of SmartDriving Gold Circle. Being a member of these organisations ensures that I keep up to date with the latest driver training techniques and developments.
I have attended several Client Centred Learning and Coaching Courses as part of my Continued Professional Development. Learning to drive can be a daunting prospect for many people, therfore I believe that the learning experience should be as enjoyable and as interesting as possible, after all it's a skill you'll be using for the rest of your life!

I will help you learn at a pace you feel happy with so we can cover things as many times as you want to make sure you feel 100% confident. Your lessons will cover all skills needed to drive safely with confidence and to PASS the Theory and Practical tests with ease. Your Driving Course will follow a syllabus to ensure effective learning takes place and your progress will be recorded for all the subjects covered.
Theory Test

The theory test is made up of two parts; the multiple choice part and the hazard perception part. You need to pass both parts to pass the theory test. Once you have passed the theory test you can then apply to take your practical driving test. A question and several answer options will appear onscreen and you have to select the correct answer to the question by touching the screen.
U17 Pre Driver Days

You can get ahead and prepare yourself for driving by attending a one-day Pre-Driver Training Day run by Leicestershire County Council. The aim of the course is to prepare you for driving and ultimately, your driving test. The course is held at Mallory Park race track and consists of a mixture of theory and practical driving, focusing on issues faced by young drivers.
Full Licence Holders

I also carry out driver assessments for Leicestershire County Council for mature drivers who wish to update their driving knowledge and improve their driving. The assessment is carried out in a friendly relaxed manner, each person who completes the assessment will receive a certificate and a written report.
